CHIQUI’s ADVENTURES: Return Trip Day 6 sunday @ Sail Blogs

Filed at 12:59 am under Uncategorized by Sailor

Well if you can beleive it,we did less today than we did yesterday! We did manage to go over to the grocery store about mid day to pick up a few things.Came back to the Chiqui and took a nap after that ordeal.Around 4 or so we decided to try our luck at fishing off the boat As soon as we started,Lenny came over with his rod&reel; to join us.All that I had for bait was a frozen pack of squid that I had bought in Marathon and it has been in the bottom of the freezer ever since. So while Lenny and Rose fished,I was cutting the bait up in small peices so they would have plenty of bait to fish with. They said that I did such a good job at baiting that they upgraded me to Masterbaiter! Its alway good to get a promotion in rank. They managed to catch about 7-8 small bar jack. The optimal word there is small! I went from masterbaiter to fish cleaner in the blink of a eye! After all was said and done we did manage to get a small plate of fish fillet’s for appetizer’s.Lenny stayed over for dinner and we talked about the trip north when we leave here. The wind is picking up and we are about ready to watch some tv and then call it another day in paradise.Goodnight John Boy. I primi “veri” problemi per Giovanni Soldini @ Very Sailing
