One of the hardest things to do on a boat is get cardio exercise. Well, here in Cayos de Cana Gorda, we’ve found a way - windsurfing! With the help of Gerd, an americanized German retiree who has a passion for windsurfing and teaching anyone who is willing to learn. In a few days I learned to windsurf (well, the bare minimum, sort of…..but I’m practicing!) and Spencer has been perfecting his skills in that area as well.
